DAGA 2020 - 46. Jahrestagung für Akustik, 16. - 19. März 2020

Posters will be presented in a central space of the conference and will be arranged by topic.

The length of the corresponding final paper in the proceedings for a poster is equal to that of an oral presentation.

Each poster is assigned to a lecture session in which you may introduce your poster within a short presentation of two minutes.

The corresponding poster forum for your contribution takes place on the same day as your two-minute session presentation. Please make sure to stand by your poster  during this time as it will give you the chance to discuss and explain your poster:

Tuesday (17 March), 3.20 pm - 4 pm
Wednesday (18 March), 4 pm - 4.40 pm
Thursday (19 March), 11 am - 11.40 am

Please place your printed poster on Tuesday (17 March 2020) before 10.30 am and remove it on Thursday (19 March) before 5 pm.

The poster size is A0 portrait (width x height = 84,1 cm x 118,9 cm). You are free to integrate the DAGA 2020 Logo (download here). Materials for fixing the posters will be provided.

Poster Award
A bonus will be awarded to the best three posters by a jury. The awards will be granted at a prominent event at DAGA. Interested authors are requested to send their poster (as PDF) to DEGA office (dega@dega-akustik.de) until 9 March 2020. One requirement to win the poster award is that the poster is actually presented at DAGA.
